Goniyore Future Goals …………… Feel to stay heaven in the earth

After long research of society we have decided to operate Brida Ashram for those who are suffering without supporting from family and society. It is hard for old people to alive in present society therefore our spiritual professional group will be planning to make natural houses where people can easy accommodate regarding their interest, We provide them fully spiritually environment.

Ashram provide following facilities;

  • All the houses are made by natural goods, one room will be for two and family with husband and wife can be also accommodated in low cost.
  • We provide them seasonal vegetarian food , regarding the capacity and desire people can work in vegetable fields , livestock, bee keeping field and more.
  • To provide them complete yoga and meditation practice everyday and evening will be sing and song programs.
  • All religious people can be accommodated in our Ashram with beautiful quite environment.
  • Ayurbedic Medicine can be provided,
  • To provide accommodations for all the countries.
  • Special discount for Goniyore members… everyone can be member Of our organizations;

People who cannot afford money can be also stayed in our Ashram, we take care homeless old and helpless people. We also giving preference for those who are very serious from different disease and having different problems for the home and society

Instead of above mention excersice we do offer Surya Namaskar in the morning and In the evening chandra Namaskar with mantra,

After complete one of above mention practices we provide complete relaxtation posture yog nindra. 15Mnts

Second Road....Parnayama( Rhythemic control of breathing)

  • Vastrika....Inhealing the air from both nostrols with two and half second and exhealing( little longer will be much better) from same nostrols do slowly regarding your body's capacity.5 Mnts.
  • Base posoture (Danda asan movement of legsone by one and together)
  • Minor excercises for organs of below the waist...Streching of finger of foots, ancle rotation,streching the foots with inhealing up exhealing down( padanguli Namana),Grinding,Konaasan,Butter fly posture.
  • Kapalvati....Chanting mantra Aum 2 mnts.then second position air outside navalinside.. 5 mnts.
  • Movements of Legs in base pose Janunaman ,Lower part of Leg rotation,Half butter fly posture.
    Namaskar Asan and Wood chhoping Asan.
  • External Breathing Exercise with three Bandha air lock inside of body
    Jalandhar, uddiyan, Mulbandha.3 MNTS.
  • Agnisar Kriya......Process of activation solar plexes.3mnts.
  • Ujjai parnayama Breathing excrcise,, For throught..3 mnts.
  • Anulom Bilom.... Nadi sodhan ..Inhealing air from the left nostrils with nasagra mudra and exhealing from the right, same from right to left.5Mnts.

10.Minor excercise.. movement of legs one by one and together janusirsaasana, pashimtanasana.

All excercise should do regarding the condition of practioner, we do not allow the to do frocefully.

I feel graet to meet you in USA and the god gives me bless to teach yog and meditation to American people and more.Today I have finished the guru puja and fire ceremony, guru gorakhnath and paramhansa nikhileswor giving us bless from the sky same as before good raining when i finished the puja, i also bless to your name with guru. i hope we can extend our centre all over the world, we have to open some new idea the key will only with us, gurus giving us that power to serve the people as much as we can,
I have almost finished all the preparation but still i am waitning to have favourable advice from you if we need some more to make programs better please let me know for few days i have cancelled all the out side programs stay for Samadhi. When i will wake up i will be in USA to open my eyes.
